SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Orders are shipped from NSW 2450, Australia, via Australia Post, DHL or Sendle to anywhere in Australia.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been collected/shipped, containing your tracking numbers.
We Do Not Refund for Change of Mind Purposes. We cannot accept exchange for non faulty items, please choose wisely.
For incorrectly supplied or faulty products, we will refund or exchange within 14 days from the purchase date, providing the goods are unused/unopened/undamaged & it is in its original condition. When a product has been used & the product is not faulty, a refund cannot be given.
Refunds (excluding the 2.6% Paypal fee) will be made against credit/debit card used by the customer. Please keep a copy of proof of purchase.
